On September 22, Alliance leaders sent an urgent message to KP CEO Greg Adams calling for a high-level meeting to address the staffing crisis. Our workforce and our KP members cannot wait any longer for concrete action. Share with us your stories about the staffing crisis.
Simply use your mobile phone or laptop to record a short (30 to 60 seconds is great!) video. You can also upload an existing file.
Please record a short video answering the following questions:*
1) What is your name and job title?
2) How long have you worked at KP?
3) How has the staffing crisis impacted your work/department?
4) What solutions do you propose to address the staffing crisis?
For example: "My name is Jessica and I'm an ER nurse. Three people have left my department in the last two months, and went to other hospitals that are paying more. Now half of our staff are travelers. This makes the work harder, and unless we do something, people will keep leaving. We need to promote from within KP."
