Jessica Hack - during Session 5 of bargaining

Our members are making their voices heard. During Session 5 of bargaining, Jessica Hack, CIC member and ATP with UFCW Local 27, spoke about Kaiser’s lack of resources and disregard for patient needs. She shared how one of her pelvic floor physicians raised concerns about recent scheduling changes that failed to account for the time, patience, and care required in these sessions. This physician primarily treats survivors of sexual assault, and Jessica asked the critical question: how can treatment like this be rushed without jeopardizing patient care?
