The Alliance of Health Care Unions are 21 local unions representing over 52,000 workers across hundreds of job classifications in nearly every geographic area where Kaiser Permanente has a presence.

Our Leadership
The Alliance is led by our nine-member Executive Board which is comprised of one member from each International Union. Our Union Steering Committee, International Presidents Committee, and staff work as a team to implement our mission.
