Alliance of Health Care Unions (Alliance) is a union federation of 23 local unions representing over 60,000 workers across hundreds of job classifications in every geographic area where Kaiser Permanente is present.

The Alliance is led by our nine-member Executive Board which is comprised of one member from each International Union. Our Union Steering Committee, International Presidents Committee, and staff work as a team to implement our mission.
