Strong Unions Make Strong Partners
After three challenging years, we finally were able to hold the Alliance Leadership Conference in person! Over 400 of us spent three days in San Diego addressing the #KPStaffingCrisis, state of the Alliance, and racial justice, in plenaries, caucuses and breakouts. Every conversation led to one conclusion: the #KPStaffingCrisis is urgent, and we can’t wait any longer for solutions. “At every level, the Alliance has more people engaged and leading than ever before. Strong leaders make strong unions. And strong unions make strong partners. We are stronger than ever and ready to tackle any challenge,” said Executive Director Hal Ruddick.
